ISLAMABAD: The Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI) has formally notified the members of its Central Standing Committee on Media Broadcasting for the year 2026.
Mr. Faisal Zahid Malik, Convener of the FPCCI Central Standing Committee on Media Broadcasting and Chairman & CEO of “Pakistan Observer”, has been tasked with leading the committee’s efforts during the tenure. The body comprises prominent media professionals representing leading national publications and broadcast organizations.
The appointed members include Mr. Rafay Khan Niazi (Roze News, Islamabad), Mr. Sarmad Ali (Jang News, Karachi), Syed Muhammad Munir Jilani (Daily Paigham, Lahore/ Faisalabad/Sahiwal), Pir Haroon Shah (Daily Wahdat, Peshawar), Mr. Mohsin Mumtaz Seyal (Daily Aftab, Lahore), Mr. Naveed Kashif (Dunya News, Lahore), Mr. Waseem Ahmed (Daily Awam, Islamabad), Mr. Muhammad Humayun Gulzar (Daily Sayadat, Bahawalpur), Ms. Afnan Mashal (Sirene Sweden, Business Entrepreneur & Public Engagement Professional), Syed Irfan Ahmed (Daily Raat, Lahore), and Mr. Adnan Arif (Daily The Public Purview, Islamabad). The notification, issued by FPCCI Additional Secretary General Amajad Qureshi, expressed confidence that the committee members would contribute effectively toward achieving the organization’s objectives in the media broadcasting sector.
FPCCI reaffirmed its commitment to strengthening media engagement and fostering collaboration between industry stakeholders through the newly constituted committee.
