Tamil Nadu Congress Committee president K. Selvaperunthagai has extended his wishes to TVK chief Vijay, stating that the election outcome reflects the people’s aspiration for political change and new leadership in the State.

Congratulating Vijay on his party’s strong performance, he noted that the verdict signals a shift in voter sentiment, with the electorate seeking alternatives to traditional political formations.

K. Selvaperunthagai further said that such a mandate carries significant responsibility, urging the TVK leadership to focus on governance, welfare measures, and inclusive growth to meet public expectations.
