M&S shoppers are praising a €32 pair of jeans that some have hailed as the ‘best’. Finding the perfect denim can be a real challenge, given the hugh choice on the high street.
From skinny and straight to boot-cut, wide-leg and barrel, there’s no shortage of styles to consider. A classic pair of jeans can be worn in countless ways, dressed up or kept casual – making it all the more important to find the right fit.
For many shoppers, that search has ended at Marks and Spencer. The Sienna Straight Leg Jeans have proved so popular that the retailer reports they’ve been snapped up over 100 times in the past five days.
At time of writing, they’re ranked online as the retailer’s bestselling jeans. Priced at €32, they’re more budget-friendly than designer options from the likes of Levi’s and Tommy Hilfiger, reports Birmingham Live.
The Sienna Straight Leg Jeans are available in five different colourways – dark indigo, black mix, white, dark blue and indigo mix.
Marks and Spencer currently stocks the jeans in sizes six to 24, reports the Express. Shoppers can also select from a range of leg lengths, including extra short, short/petite, regular, long and extra long.
The product description on the M&S website reads: “Add a touch of contemporary style to your everyday wardrobe with these Sienna denim jeans. The mid-rise design and straight leg cut offer a classic silhouette, while the super stretchable fabric provides all-day comfort and flexibility with a soft, comfortable feel.
“Perfect for casual wear, finished with a practical button and zip fastening for a secure fit.”
Meanwhile, Next’s Stovepipe Straight Leg Jeans are priced at €41.50. They’re available in three shades – ecru white, black and mid blue.
Elsewhere, the White Company’s Marlow Straight Leg Jeans retail for €124. They come in a mid wash denim.
Made from 80 per cent cotton, 18 per cent polyester and two per cent elastane, the Sienna Straight Leg Jeans have received glowing reviews from shoppers.
One customer said: “Really comfortable jeans; fitted very well and leg length was spot on.”
Another wrote: “Great fit, good value, comfortable denim jeans, fit well. Regular fit was a little long on me at 1.65m. I’ll either just turn them up or alter the hem.”
A third reviewer shared: “Best jeans. Nice to find straight-fit jeans. Lycra ensures a comfortable fit in a choice of leg lengths. Good price too.”
A fourth added: “A wonderful purchase of Sienna Jeans. Very impressed with length and overall quality, not to forget the very affordable price. Jeans are a definite gem in my wardrobe!” One particularly pleased shopper remarked: “These jeans are a great length and fit and I have multiple pairs.”
However, a number of buyers flagged concerns regarding the length, finding it too long for shorter frames.
Others found that the darker shades tend to come up smaller around the waist when compared to the lighter-coloured options.
