The broadcaster is set to team up with Katja Mia from next week as they will be taking over the drivetime slot on 2FM – the pair are both brides this year and have been bouncing ideas off each other

Laura Fox has lifted the lid on her stunning wedding day to partner Brian last week.
The 2FM star tied the knot in Dublin City Hall surrounded by a small group of family and loved ones, ahead of a larger ceremony in Rome during the summer.
Speaking to RSVP Live, she said the special day was fun “from start to finish”.
“I’m normally quite a chill person because I think working in live radio and live telly does that to you, but I don’t think I could have anticipated how chilled out I was going to be for the day,” she told us. “My bridesmaid cried at one point because she looked at me and said, you should probably be a bit more stressed!
“It was absolutely fab, it was just a lovely day. I know people always say it’s the best day of your life and all that and I never fully believed it, but there’s something so gorgeous about having all these people that you love in one room ad they are all there just for you. I love being the centre of attention!”
Laura isn’t the only bride on the block as her 2FM co-presenter Katja MIa is also tying the knot this year.
Katja and Laura will be taking over the drivetime slot on the station starting Tuesday 5th of May and it’s a dream come true for the pair, who were already friends to begin with.
“I am really giddy thinking about it,” gushed Laura. “I first met Katja in 2019 and we clicked straight away.
“We spent so much time together on Dancing With The Stars and since then we’ve met regularly for lunches and coffees and prior to this we were already going to each other’s weddings.”
“We surprisingly haven’t worked together,” said Katja. “We’ve been on a similar journey and trajectory over the last few years. We’ve always had a mutual respect for each other.”
The pair have been chatting to each other about their weddings, as Katja is set to have her legal wedding this month.
“We’ve been on the same timeline,” she said. “We got engaged about a month apart, we’re getting married a month apart.
“Through every major stage, whether it was the engagement party or starting bridal dress shopping or planning hens or going through our own guest list, I’ve had Laura and it’s been great and that was when we weren’t even working together.”
