On the occasion of the 75th Anniversary of diplomatic relations between Pakistan and the People’s Republic of China, I extend my sincere congratulations and best wishes to the leadership and people of both friendly nations.
The relationship between Pakistan and China is a remarkable example of enduring friendship, mutual trust and strategic cooperation. Over the past seven and a half decades, both countries have nurtured a partnership that continues to contribute positively toward regional peace, economic progress and global understanding.
China has played a significant role in supporting Pakistan’s development journey through cooperation in infrastructure, trade, industry, energy and technology. The China-Pakistan Economic Corridor has emerged as a transformative initiative that has strengthened economic connectivity and created opportunities for investment and growth across Pakistan.
As a parliamentarian and representative of Pakistan’s business community, I strongly believe that enhanced people-to-people interaction and commercial cooperation between our two countries will further strengthen this historic relationship. The private sector can continue to play an important role in promoting trade, innovation and economic collaboration.
