RVCJ Media and Megalodon have announced a strategic partnership to develop AI-driven communication, entertainment and marketing solutions focused on creator-led content and digital distribution.
The collaboration will combine RVCJ Media’s audience reach and entertainment-focused content ecosystem with Megalodon’s AI-based marketing, automation and storytelling capabilities.
The has built a digital audience across platforms through meme marketing, influencer campaigns and entertainment content.
Founded in Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh, Megalodon focuses on AI-powered communication services including OTT and microdrama content, branding, AI avatars, automation and marketing technology.
Under the partnership, the companies plan to offer services across branding, public relations, multilingual campaigns, influencer marketing, AI-generated content, audience analytics and large-scale digital distribution.
The alliance will also focus on developing creator-led entertainment properties, including talk shows, internet-based game shows, OTT projects and short-format microdrama content. The companies said multilingual and regional storytelling will be a key focus area as demand for short-form content grows.
They also plan to expand into international markets including the UAE, UK, US, Japan and China.
