Publicis Groupe agency Zenith is set to win L’Oréal India’s media mandate, according to multiple media reports, in what is expected to be one of the biggest account movements in India’s advertising industry this year.
L’Oréal India’s media business, estimated to be worth between ₹600 crore and ₹900 crore, is nearing the conclusion of a review process that has been underway since 2025. Earlier industry reports had suggested that Omnicom Group was likely to secure the account, but recent developments indicate that outcome now appears unlikely.
A move to Publicis would align with L’Oréal’s global agency partnerships across several international markets, where the company works with agencies within the Publicis Groupe network.
The mandate includes media strategy, planning, digital, content, and buying responsibilities across L’Oréal India’s portfolio of haircare, skincare, and cosmetics brands. The review has been closely watched within the advertising industry due to both the scale of the business and the increasing focus among large advertisers on integrated, digital-first media ecosystems.
