Industry veterans launch Wibe Algo to focus on growth strategy

A group of industry professionals has launched Wibe Algo, a company focused on growth strategy and business systems integration.

The company has been founded by Rajasree Chatterjee and Saptak Banerjee. Chatterjee has worked in brand and growth strategy roles with agencies handling brands including ITC, Hershey’s, Dream11, Philips, Tata and ICICI. Banerjee has experience in growth strategy and technology-led business development, having worked with organisations such as Dun & Bradstreet, AFS and SCL, and brands including HCL Infosystems, Ethio Telecom, Ooredoo Group and NCR Corporation.

Wibe Algo will focus on what it describes as ‘growth architecture’, a model that integrates strategy, technology, intelligence and execution into a single framework. The approach includes an AI-led intelligence layer aimed at helping businesses analyse consumer discovery patterns across platforms.

Rajasree Chatterjee, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) & Co-Founder, Wibe Algo, “We are seeing a clear shift in how growth needs to be approached. The focus is moving from running campaigns to building systems that are structured, measurable, and directly aligned to revenue. That requires a fundamentally different way of thinking about marketing, technology, and execution.”

Saptak Banerjee, co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, said, “The challenge today is not access to tools or platforms, but the lack of integration. Businesses are optimising parts of the journey, but not the system as a whole. Our focus is on designing growth systems that are scalable, adaptive, and capable of delivering predictable outcomes.”

He added, “The challenge today is not access to tools or platforms, but the lack of integration. Businesses are optimising parts of the journey, but not the system as a whole. Our focus is on designing growth systems that are scalable, adaptive, and capable of delivering predictable outcomes.”

The leadership team also includes Manoj Motiani as Chief Creative Officer and Partner, Rajeev Sharma as Chief Strategy and Growth Officer, and Sanchit Deshmukh as Director for Performance Marketing and Media.

Motiani previously worked as creative director at Ogilvy and has handled brands such as Cadbury, Castrol and ICICI Bank. Sharma has experience across agencies including JWT, Ogilvy and TBWA, where he also served as India P&L head for JWT Digital.

Motiani said, “Creativity today has to do more than communicate, it has to contribute to business outcomes. The role of ideas is evolving, and that shift needs to be reflected in how brands build and scale.”

Rajeev Sharma, added, “We are entering a phase where growth will be defined by how effectively businesses can connect data, decision-making, and storytelling. That requires a more integrated and disciplined approach to strategy.”

Sanchit Deshmukh, added, “Efficiency is becoming central to growth, whether it is customer acquisition cost, retention, or user quality. These outcomes can only be achieved when systems are connected end-to-end.”

Wibe Algo has worked on projects across sectors including health and wellness, fintech, cybersecurity and emerging technology markets, supporting campaigns across India, the United States, GCC markets and Singapore.

Rajasree Chatterjee, added, “The next phase of growth will not come from doing more. It will come from building better systems.”
