CHINIOT, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th May, 2026) District Police Officer (DPO) Dr. Naveed Atif visited the cattle markets of Chiniot and Bhowana on Saturday to review arrangements made for Eid-ul-Azha.
According to APP correspondent, the DPO inspected security, traffic management, parking, lighting, and other facilities set up for the convenience of traders and buyers at both markets.
He issued instructions to the concerned officials to ensure all arrangements were in place ahead of the festive rush. Dr. Naveed said the safety of traders and citizens would be ensured at all costs by utilizing all available resources.
He directed police personnel to remain vigilant and maintain effective coordination to prevent any untoward incident.
