RTÉ Kin actor Emmett J Scanlon has posted some snaps from his time away in Cannes, France, for the Cannes Film Festival, where he shared a snap with a fellow Irish actor.
We’ve seen a few Irish faces at this year’s festival, with TV personality and soon-to-be Dancing With The Stars US contestant, Maura Higgins, making a showstopping appearance.
Posting to Instagram, Emmett shared some red carpet snaps as well as some more candid pics, with House of Guinness star Anthony Boyle making an appearance.
The caption reads: ‘Spent the last 2 days in Cannes. Glorious lunches. Glorious hospitality. With glorious people. If I’m being honest I never expected to be invited to Cannes, it was all very last minute. And if I’m being brutally honest, the morning after, this morning just gone, I wish I hadn’t been…. ‘
Talent agency owner Elaine Foran commented: ‘Hope you have recovered from last night … we were THE LAST TRIO left standing!!’
Anthony was in Cannes, attending the festival for his film, I See Buildings Fall Like Lightning, which also stars Lola Petticrew and Daryl McCormack, both fellow Irish film stars.
