OneNative Studio has appointed Sanatkumar Mishra as Chief Growth Officer.
In his new role, Mishra will oversee the company’s growth strategy, including partnerships, revenue generation, integrated brand solutions and business transformation initiatives.
Mishra has more than two decades of experience across media, advertising, consumer insights, entertainment and digital businesses.
Before joining OneNative Studio, he served as Executive Vice President and National Marketing and Research Head at Music Broadcast Ltd., which operates Radio City. During his 18-year tenure, he worked on audience engagement, digital initiatives and monetisation strategies.
Mishra played a role in launching 11 Phase III radio markets and helped develop the “FM Bole Toh…” positioning for Radio City. He also led the launch of RC Studio on JioTV, described as India’s first radio-TV channel.
Prior to that, Mishra worked as Media Director at MullenLowe Lintas, focusing on media planning and strategic solutions for brands.
He also spent more than six years at Kantar IMRB, where he worked on audience measurement and media analytics projects, including TGI studies, the National Readership Survey and the launch of the RADAR syndicated radio audience panel.
Mishra has also worked on television audience measurement projects in Bangladesh and Sri Lanka and conducted research across multiple Asian markets.
Outside the industry, he has served as visiting faculty at NMIMS School of Branding & Advertising and as a guest lecturer at Kohinoor Business School.
