ISLAMABAD, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 6th May, 2026) President Asif Ali Zardari on Wednesday met Governor Balochistan Sheikh Jaffar Khan Mandokhail here at Aiwan-e-Sadr to discuss the overall situation in the province.
The meeting focused on law and order and ongoing development projects in Balochistan.
Both sides exchanged views on the security situation and progress on development initiatives, a Presidency’s news release said.
The president said that a comprehensive strategy and continuity in measures were important for sustainable development in the province.
Governor Mandokhail briefed the president on the current situation and steps being taken regarding security and development.
They discussed efforts related to stability and development in Balochistan.
