

KARACHI: Alkhidmat Karachi has concluded a two-day pre-monsoon training programme for its Disaster Management volunteers, aimed at improving preparedness for emergencies during the upcoming monsoon season.
Held at the Gadap Kirthar Range, the programme brought together volunteers from across the city. Participants received practical training in water and height rescue, fire fighting, emergency response, use of modern rescue equipment, and safety procedures.
CEO Alkhidmat Karachi Naveed Ali Baig visited the camp and encouraged the volunteers, stressing that saving a single life is equivalent to saving all of humanity.
