Shoppers are racing to snap up a heavily discounted ‘great quality’ jacket in Next’s clearance sale.
The Navy Check Cord Collar Heritage Coat was €108.50 but has been reduced to €42.50. Fashion fans have described as “very smart” and “absolutely classic”, but if you’re keen to buy we recommend acting quick as sizes are selling fast.
The product description on the Next website says: “This lined heritage-style jacket with cord detailing is the perfect layer for a warm and stylish finish to any casual outfit. The cosy internal lining ensures all-day comfort while the classic silhouette and corduroy features offer a timeless appeal.”

The Next jacket has received an overall rating of 4.2/five stars based on 18 customer views. One happy shopper said: “Such a great quality jacket. Great for country walks or popping to town.”
A second added: “Bought this last week – it’s great. Good quality, very smart and warm to wear. Great value.”
“I bought this to go out if there weather is poor. It looks much smarter than my usual raincoat. The style is much boxier than I would usually go for, however, it does mean there’s room for a few layers underneath if necessary. I haven’t worn it yet, but I am looking forward to doing so”, penned a third.
Another shopper said: “I ordered this for my granddaughter and it looks and feels fabulous. She is delighted with it and loves the quality.” However, this same reviewer added: “The sizing is not good as she is a size 14 but needed to order a much bigger size.”
