CBSE 12th Result 2026 TIME: The wait for the results of the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) 12th grade students may soon be over. DigiLocker, a portal for digitally storing results and other important documents, has indicated that the CBSE 12th Result 2026 will be released soon. The result is listed on the DigiLocker website with the words “Coming Soon.” This has fueled speculation that the CBSE 12th Result 2026 will be released today or tomorrow.
CBSE Examination Controller Sanyam Bhardwaj recently assured students, parents, and teachers that work on the results is progressing rapidly and that students will have their results in hand by the third week of May. The “Coming Soon” message on DigiLocker indicates that the result processing process has been completed, and the CBSE 12th Result 2026 could be released at any time. However, the board has not officially announced anything.
After the results are released, students will be able to check their results on cbseresults.nic.in and results.cbse.nic.in. In addition to the board’s official website, students can also access their results through DigiLocker, the Umang app, and SMS. The board will release provisional mark sheets along with the results, which students can download and use for immediate use. The original mark sheets will be sent to the students’ respective schools a few days later.
Note: The CBSE Board releases results directly. There is no press conference or prior announcement. Furthermore, the board does not announce the names of toppers. The CBSE Board conducted the Class 12 exams for the 2025-26 academic year between February 17 and April 10, 2026. This year, over 1.8 million students appeared for the exam at 7,574 examination centers.
