A guide to House of Superwomen 2026: Agenda, speakers & conversations

Social Samosa Superwomen 2026 is set to take place on May 7, 2026, in Mumbai, bringing together voices from the advertising and marketing industry to celebrate, challenge, and redefine what it means to be a woman in business today.

For over a decade, Superwomen has been one of the industry’s most anticipated recognitions, celebrating women who identify their strengths and use them on their own terms. But as the industry evolves, so does the conversation around the word itself. Does it uplift, or does it quietly add weight? This year, Social Samosa leans into that very question, inviting the industry not just to celebrate, but to reflect.

You grow up believing a Superwoman is someone who does it all: seamlessly balancing work, life, and everything in between, without ever dropping the ball. But perhaps that definition has shifted. Maybe being a Superwoman isn’t about doing everything, but about choosing what truly matters at your own pace, guided by your priorities. It’s about holding it together in a way that feels authentic, without pressure or pretence.

This year, we carry that idea forward by recognising every woman’s ever-evolving superpowers, while evolving the initiative itself with the introduction of the House of Superwomen. A dedicated platform for the conversations the advertising and marketing industry needs to have — candid, unfiltered, and long overdue — it moves beyond honouring individual journeys to building collective momentum, creating space for voices to ask the right questions and push the industry forward.

The agenda brings together a curated mix of keynotes, panels, a cover unveiling, and the much-anticipated awards, built in partnership with The Collective and Indian Creative Women, to ensure the discussions are as meaningful as the women being celebrated. From navigating ambition early in one’s career to confronting the industry’s retention crisis, every conversation has been designed to reflect where the industry stands today and where it must go next.
