James and Hayley are defeated when Holly makes it clear she isn’t going to make James’ life easy in work on Friday night’s Fair City.
A furious Hayley vows to James that they will take down Holly.
Meanwhile, Claire is annoyed when Doug reveals that he let slip to Orla about her date but insists it was because he felt sorry for Orla.
Leo is happy when Dean is back to his peppy self as he anticipates becoming part owner of Vinos with Orla.
Nora commends Ray for making things right with Dean.
Orla is embarrassed when Claire informs her that her and Rafferty are colleagues and nothing more.
Dean is dejected when Orla says Paul isn’t selling.
Leo feels bad for Dean as he finds himself without a plan for his future.
Orla is delighted when her and Rafferty finally plan an evening alone together.
Plus, Ben advises Alex to sort things out with Ellie before things get worse.
Alex and Ellie talk things out, but Ellie is unsure when Alex insists she give Síofra a chance.
Ellie apologises to Síofra, who says that she only sees Alex as a work buddy.
Ellie admits to Alex that she was just being paranoid.
Ellie proposes to Alex that he come with her to Brazil over summer to visit her parents, and Alex happily agrees. Ellie’s mood is dashed when Síofra brazenly asks Alex to attend a concert together, mentioning that Ellie wouldn’t be interested in the type of music.
