QUETTA, (APP – UrduPoint / Pakistan Point News – 16th May, 2026) Balochistan Home Minister Mir Ziaullah Langau has strongly condemned the martyrdom of Lady Constable Shakeela Baloch in Turbat, describing the incident as an act of open terrorism and brutality. He has sought an immediate report on the attack and vowed that those responsible will not escape the grip of the law.
Ziaullah Langau added that targeting women and innocent civilians reflects the most ruthless mindset of terrorists, stressing that such elements deserve no leniency. He assured that the perpetrators will be brought to justice at all costs and emphasized that the writ of the state will be upheld to ensure the elimination of terrorism.
The Home Minister further said that the Balochistan government stands firmly with the family of the martyred officer in their grief, reaffirming solidarity with all those who have suffered at the hands of extremist violence. He declared that the attack on Lady Constable Shakeela and her family is not only a crime against individuals but a direct assault on the peace and values of Balochistan.
Ziaullah Langau said that the government remains committed to maintaining law and order and will continue its determined struggle to eradicate terrorism from the province.
