Pakistan test-fires Fatah-4 cruise missile

A successful training fire of indigenously-developed Fatah-4 Ground Launched Cruise Missile was conducted on Thursday by the Army Rocket Force Command.

According to an ISPR statement, equipped with advanced avionics and state-of-the-art navigational aids, the weapon system is capable of engaging long-range targets with high precision.

The training fire was conducted to enhance operational efficiency of the troops and validate technical parameters of various sub-systems incorporated for improved accuracy and enhanced survivability, the ISPR statement said.

The training fire was witnessed by senior officers from Pakistan Army Rocket Force Command along with scientists and engineers of the developing agency.

The President, Prime Minister of Pakistan, COAS and CDF, Chief of the Naval Staff and Chief of the Air Staff commended successful training fire of Fatah-4 cruise missile and appreciated the technical prowess, dedication and commitment of all those who contributed towards the successful training fire of the F series missile.
